Return Policy
for Boot World and KM Shoes

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.

NEW MERCHANDISE-We will issue a refund (less shipping charge) for any new, unworn merchandise returned to us in its original packaging. We must receive the returned merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase. Please include a copy of the packing slip when returning any item.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE-If you feel your merchandise is defective, please call or email us with your return request. If approved, we will issue a call tag for the item. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a replacement or credit if the item is determined to be defective.
